Processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract and pre-contractual measures), Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation of the site) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR where you have consented.

We store personal data only for as long as it is needed for the stated purposes or as statutory retention periods require.

For repair, refurbishment and return orders we carry out documented data erasure and certify it per serial number. We provide the certificates to clients on request.
To exercise your rights, a message to contact@maxtontech.de. The competent supervisory authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.

This website sets no tracking, statistics or advertising cookies. There are no analytics services, no social media embeds and no third-party ad elements — so your consent is not required.
